Roof Plumber

Long-term, full-time roofing work in Perth WA, with a crew that has plenty of commercial projects lined up. This Roof Plumber position puts you on metal roofs, box gutters, flashings, downpipes and wall cladding.
Day to day you will take measurements, cut sheet and parts to size, follow the drawings and specs, and sign off work that is up to standard. The team is skilled and the setting is supportive.
Trades are usually assessed again for Australia, so keep your South African trade certificate and proof of your roofing work close at hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Put down commercial metal roof systems and clad walls in metal
- Install box gutters, flashings and downpipes
- Measure up, prepare and cut sheet and components, then fit them accurately
- Build to the drawings and project specs and make sure the finished job passes quality checks
- Work safely on site and pull together with your supervisor and crew
Requirements & Eligibility
- Sponsorship available to eligible candidates
- 5 or more years of relevant Roof Plumbing experience, with commercial metal roofing you can prove
- A White Card plus Working at Heights certification
- EWP certification or willingness to obtain required training
- Reliable transport and your own basic kit of battery and hand tools
- Excellent eye for detail
