Key Responsibilities
- Run daily bar operations and keep beverage quality, presentation and service consistent
- Design a creative line-up of non-alcoholic drinks and pairing experiences
- Build seasonal drink ideas around fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals, testing ingredients, flavours and presentation to make each one stand out
- Give guests a consistently high standard of service, using what you know about the produce to make each visit more engaging
- Learn about fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and the setting where they grow
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, organised and well kept, with hygiene, safety and operating standards in place
- Work hand in hand with the wider hospitality team
- Feed new ideas into the ongoing growth of the beverage program
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience in bar management or a similar hospitality role
- A genuine record of relevant employment that can be verified, and willingness to go through identity and employment checks
- Shown ability to create cocktails, mocktails or new beverage offerings, with a creative approach to drink development
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Able to provide evidence for your employment history, skills and qualifications where required
- An interest in fresh, seasonal, produce-focused hospitality
- Able to work in New South Wales
