On a busy morning you might be pulling shots, sorting the floor and showing a new starter how the venue runs, all inside the first hour. A hospitality group in Western Australia wants people who can handle that with real experience and high service standards.
Your role will be matched to what you have actually done, whether that is specialty coffee, Front of House supervision or running a venue. The group wants staff who add value from the first shift, lead by example and help shape a keen, service-minded team.

Key Responsibilities
- Run Front of House and the coffee service day to day, keeping customer service and drinks at a consistently high standard
- Guide and train new and existing team members in service and operating procedures, and lead by working alongside them
- Organise service when it gets busy and help with rosters and shift planning
- Watch the customer experience closely and deal with any issues sensibly
- Keep presentation, cleanliness and workplace standards up
- Back your staff on performance and push for continuous improvement
- Help the venue reach its KPIs and operational goals
- Keep the workplace lively, professional and welcoming
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated professional hospitality experience, in a relevant role such as Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Proven ability to take charge of team and service operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a confident and positive approach to customer-facing work
- Able to work with confidence in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Demonstrated reliability, organisation and time management
- Able to train, support and motivate other team members
- Strong eye for service quality and workplace presentation
- Able to stay focused and find solutions when shifts are busy
- Willing to give supporting evidence of relevant employment experience; applicants who meet the applicable requirements may be considered for sponsorship
