A full-time chair is open at a well-established, busy men's grooming salon in Joondalup, Perth. The business wants an experienced Barber / Hairdresser who is skilled, focused on clients and genuinely passionate about top-quality barbering and hairdressing.
Expect to cover the full spread of men's grooming while keeping service exceptional and standards professional.

Key Responsibilities
- Use scissors, clippers and razors to cut, style and finish men's hair, from current trends to timeless classics
- Handle skin fades, beard shaping, moustache tidying and old-school shaves
- Recommend looks, grooming routines and hair care products to clients
- Wash and condition hair and scalp, and apply colour, bleach, perms and other chemical treatments as required
- Clean and sanitise all tools and equipment to the salon's hygiene standards, keeping the shop tidy and in order
- Lend a hand with appointment scheduling and customer payments if needed
- Look after every client so they keep coming back
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum three years working as a Barber or Hairdresser in a high-volume salon or barbershop
- Skilled in scissor work, clipper work and skin fades
- Experienced in beard styling, moustache grooming and traditional shaving, and capable across the full range of men's cuts and grooming
- Highly regarded: experience in colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments
- Excellent communicator who delivers great customer service in a friendly, professional, team-focused way
- Available for weekend work within a full-time roster
