CAT Product Support Advisor
Trade · Perth WA, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000/yr
Product Support Advisors on these FIFO rosters in Western Australia do more than spanner work. They study why a machine keeps failing and help mine sites get more reliability, availability and output from their fleets.
You will sit alongside site maintenance teams, using diagnostics, fault-finding and Caterpillar know-how to pin down problems, suggest fixes and improve maintenance practice. Some days are advisory, others hands-on, depending on what the operation needs.
Candidates are matched on real qualifications, verified work history and technical ability. South African plant fitters from the mines often have exactly this background; expect your trade certificate to be checked against Australian standards.
