General Maintenance Supervisor
Trade · Sydney, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000/yr
Think leaking taps in guest rooms, a pool pump playing up, fence lines to fix and lawns to mow, sometimes all before lunch. That is the variety waiting for a General Maintenance Supervisor at a well-established hospitality and accommodation property in Sydney.
The property needs a hands-on all-rounder with proven experience across several trades who can react quickly when management or guests report a problem. You will look after rooms, public areas, recreation spaces, gardens and the wider grounds so the place stays safe, working and welcoming.
South African tradespeople should note that trade skills are often assessed again in Australia, so keep your certificates and job references handy.
