HR Coordinator

Trade · Tauranga Central, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr

Hiring rounds, first-day plans for new staff, contract paperwork and the odd policy question from a manager: that is the mix waiting for the HR Coordinator joining the People & Culture team at a well-regarded Tauranga employer in New Zealand.

This is not a job of filing and forms alone. You will touch recruitment, staff engagement, HR systems, compliance support and process improvement, side by side with leaders and employees. If a partner or children will move with you, start gathering family documents early.

  • Assist with immigration and AEWV documents where required
  • Set up training, staff development and engagement activities, and use good communication and support to build a positive place to work
  • Spot where HR processes could run faster or serve people better, and create the templates, resources and systems the business asks for
