Operations Manager

Trade · Christchurch Central, Canterbury, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr

Inspectors spread across several sites, compliance programmes to schedule and clients who expect the same standard everywhere: this Operations Manager role in Christchurch Central is about keeping all of that in step.

Your job is to make sure technical know-how shows up as reliable work in the field at a number of locations around New Zealand. You plan who goes where, watch performance and margins, guard compliance and get involved personally when a job calls for senior technical oversight.

The employer cares about the standards you keep, the teams you grow and the decisions you can be trusted with, not just your past titles. Overseas applicants whose technical background is relevant and can be verified are invited to put themselves forward. South African applicants should have trade or degree certificates and a full work history ready.
